i'm woodes, a hermit artist from northern canada drawing colourful animals and character-focused art. i've been working digitally for over a decade, originally inspired by neopets and pokémon and i still carry that love into everything i make.i hope my work helps you connect with your characters a little more, or at least makes you smile.

my commissions open sporadically
i'll post on toyhouse or discord about openings.
may charge less for extremely simple characters or pokemon etc.

fullbody anthro - $80 USD

reference sheet - $300 USD (quote)

by commissioning me, you agree to the following:✦ payment
payment is accepted up front in full
i will not begin work until payment has been received
✦ refunds
refunds are only available before work has started or during the sketch stage
once the piece has moved past sketch, refunds are not available
✦ process & wips
work-in-progress images (wips) are only provided at the sketch stage upon request
additional updates are not guaranteed, as they can slow down my workflow
i prefer to work with clients who give me a fair amount of creative freedom
✦ turnaround time
my turnaround time is up to 1 week
this may vary slightly depending on complexity or queue, but i aim to stay within this timeframe
✦ commission acceptance
i reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason

my artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed
do not use my work for commercial purposes, nfts, or ai training
✦ edits & changes
minor changes can be made during the sketch stage
major revisions after this point may not be accepted
please don't edit my art without permission/approval!
✦ design & adopt TOS
don't resell for more than you paid unless you've added more art to them!
